02.Construction & Turnkey Services
All architectural blueprints, turnkey civil construction packages (Standard, Gold, Platinum), and project timelines are subject to formal itemized Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and bilateral contracts executed between Stavya Design & Construction Pvt Ltd and the client.
03.Mobile Application & Portal Use
The Stavya Mobile Application provides project tracking, digital attendance, site material tracking, and milestone invoice monitoring. Users agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to project data of third parties.
04.Account Deletion & Privacy
Your use of our digital platforms is also governed by our Privacy Policy. To request account and data deletion, visit our Account Deletion Portal.
05.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Deoghar, Jharkhand.
