Request Account Deletion
In accordance with Google Play Store Data Safety policies and privacy regulations, users of the Stavya App (com.akm.stavyadesign) and associated portals can request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
What Will Be Deleted
- Personal Profile (Full name, phone number, email address).
- Authentication credentials and device session tokens.
- Biometric face embeddings & photo registrations (for site workers).
- Personal push notification registrations and device identifiers.
- Chat & message histories linked to your personal user account.
What May Be Retained
- Statutory GST Tax Invoices and formal payment vouchers (mandated under Indian Tax laws).
- Structural site safety & NABL concrete cube test certifications for building safety audits.
- Anonymized historical attendance roll logs (for legal labor compliance).
- Signed turnkey architectural construction contracts for statutory warranty retention.
How to Delete Directly from the Stavya Mobile App
- Open the Stavya application on your mobile device.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap on Settings & Security.
- Select Account Management → Request Account Deletion.
- Enter your confirmation code or biometric confirmation to initiate immediate deletion.
